If you’re going to do something, make it bloody brilliant. There are different ways that you can feed or share; which is why I write, why I take people travelling, why I have products, why I have a restaurant. It all comes down to being totally passionate about food, caring about every single thing that goes into my mouth and wanting everyone to be like that.
